The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels, including traveling to events.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives- Lead digital marketing efforts- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, and conferences- Travel to events and conferences with the startup representatives to cover and gather material and promote our brand- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support lead generation- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on marketing spend- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trendsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Prior marketing experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and offline marketing strategies- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
