We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Digha, Medinipur. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:- **Serving Customers**: Greet guests as they arrive and take their orders accurately to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.- **Food and Beverage Knowledge**: Learn the menu to provide information and recommendations to guests about food and drink options.- **Table Maintenance**: Keep dining areas clean and organized, and ensure tables are set up correctly before and after service.- **Handling Payments**: Process payments and give change accurately while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests.- **Collaboration with Team Members**: Work closely with kitchen staff and other waiters to coordinate service and ensure timely food delivery.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum education level of 10th pass and ideally possess up to 2 years of experience in a similar role. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with guests. Good organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tables efficiently. Candidates should be a team player, willing to assist others, and able to adapt to the fast-paced restaurant environment. A good understanding of basic hygiene and safety standards is also important.
