Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the company's B2B customer base.Formulate new ideas and design a Business plan for achieving the desired monthly target.Develop a Strong Network of Business Associates to achieve Monthly Free Demo Targets.Achieve Demo and revenue targets for the monthly assigned target form strategy based on the market dynamics and leads assigned.Make customer calls and convert them into sales, achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets, and assist in capturing, managing, engaging, and nurturing leads into customers.Do regular follow-up with new and existing inquiries.Identify multiple sources to achieve sales targets.Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databasesDesired Skills:0-5 years of experience in Sales in a B2B environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter, and willingness to meet targetsA minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales.Open to working on weekends during peak monthly sales campaignsEager to deal with different customers and understand their training needs.Target drove: We need you to achieve and exceed your quota of salesSuper passionate about sales and have the ability to convert leads into customersConsistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly), preferably from an Education industry background.Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.Technical Skills required: Basic understanding of latest technologiesSoft skills required: Excellent written & spoken English communication.
