The Ads Manager will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies across various social media platforms to meet business objectives. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, produce reports, and implement new features or technologies to consistently deliver excellent results.QualificationsExcellent understanding of various social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google AdWordsExperience with advertising campaign management, optimization, and analysisKnowledge of relevant advertising tools, including but not limited to Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpotDemonstrated experience in creating and executing successful regional and national advertising campaignsA high level of creativity, a passion for social media, and a continuous drive to stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and tools in the industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to strategize, create, and present advertising campaignsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related fieldStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneouslyThe ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in PPC (pay-per-click) advertising is a plus
