Society for Children (SOCH) is a non-profit organization, established in 2012 and registered under Society Act XXI of 1860.Position: General ManagerBase Location: Bhubaneswar, OdishaReports to: DirectorQualification: Master degree from a good institute in Social Work / Social Science / Management / relevant fieldSalary: Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000 per month (negotiable)Experience Segmentation: Minimum 10 years of demonstrated & relevant experience in programme management, team management, effective programme monitoring & evaluation, donor relation & fundraising, HR & Admin management; out of which - Min 5 years in Non-profit organization & Min 5 years in management & leadership roleRole & Responsibilities:Monitoring, Evaluation & Programme Management: Manage all aspects of the project / programme including planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, monitoring and documentation; to ensure that milestones are being met for the projects. Identify opportunities for expansion of the Projects / Programmes Facilitate & monitor workshop, meeting, public hearing, awareness session, training, events at the field levelPublic Relations, Donor Relations, Fundraising & Partnership Management: Responsible for the fundraising in terms of strategy, action plans and implementation to secure the annual fundraising targets. Responsible for managing the donor relations & strategic fundraising partnerships. Pursue efforts to keep the organizations public image in a positive state, and Implement communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization. Planning, strategizing and strengthening CSR portfolio by sourcing and evaluating new collaboration opportunities with credible organizations.HR, Admin, Accounts, Compliances & MIS Management: Smooth functioning and monitoring of all the HR, Admin, Accounts, Compliances & MIS processes / system Plan, implement & monitor the HR & Admin, Accounts, MIS, Compliances activities .
