We're currently expanding our in-house team and looking for a sharp, organized, and multi-talented professional who can manage both online presence and direct client communication.Role OverviewAs a Marketing & Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for:Handling day-to-day telecalling and follow-upsManaging social media content and interactionGenerating leads through calls, messaging, digital platforms, and local listingsYou should be confident in communication, social-media-savvy, and able to follow through on assigned tasks independently.Key Responsibilities Telecalling & Sales SupportMake outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiriesCommunicate services clearlySchedule meetings and handover hot leads to senior teamMaintain call logs and follow-ups in lead sheet/CRMSocial Media ManagementPost regular content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedInRespond to comments, DMs, and increase brand engagementCollaborate with design/marketing team for campaignsLead GenerationUse JustDial, Google, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and WhatsApp to find potential customersGenerate verified leads for gym/flooring/playground setups & servicesRun or coordinate WhatsApp/email campaigns when neededMaintain clean records of leads, conversions, and outreach historyWho Should Apply?13 years of experience in telecalling, marketing, or lead generationFluent in English & Hindi must be able to speak clearly and professionallyConfident personality with strong follow-up disciplineExperience or familiarity with fitness industryBasic knowledge of social media, MS Excel, Google Forms)Organized, target-oriented, and eager to learnBonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)Prior experience in Real Estate/gym/franchiseBasic poster/reel editing or video content creationHands-on experience with Google/Excel Sheets, CRM, or lead tracking tools
