Key Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing team to meet sales, operations, and revenue targets. Develop and execute strategies for expanding client portfolios through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. Identify and develop long-term revenue growth opportunities for investment products, Mutual fund, PMS, Private Equity, Bonds, Insurance (GI & LI) and more. Drive and develop new business opportunities from a targeted pipeline, ensuring growth and achievement of business goals. Prepare and present detailed fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to internal stakeholders for review and strategic planning. Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and expanding business with existing clients.
