Smeltt launched India's 1st pre-toilet spray with a focus on elevating toilet hygiene using a unique method which effectively neutralizes bad odour from the washroom. All products are toxin-free, gas-free and CFC -free, making them safe to use indoors while being gentle to the environment.We are looking to onboard a Highly creative Digital Marketing lead to run our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brands influence digitally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. We are looking for someone who like challenges, is self-motivated, and always has a can-do attitude. Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsWork with the Founder to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Develop and monitor campaign budgets.Design, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsOversee and manage all contests, giveaways, PR activities and other digital projects while tracking spending against budget
