Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to a target of 200 numbers daily. Pitch Internship Opportunities: Effectively communicate and pitch internship opportunities available in IT, Finance, and other fields. Build Rapport: Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential candidates, addressing their queries and providing relevant information. Achieve Targets: Meet daily and weekly targets for successful pitch completions. Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, responses, and candidate details.
