WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We at ShujaBITS Infotech Solutions are very much passionate about empowering through our Organization Vision, Mission, Culture, Values & constantly improving ourselves so that we can serve our clients better.We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated a very creative UI/UX designer to be part of our fast-growing team with strong experience in a career objective to become a leader in the field of UI/UX.Roles & Responsibilities:Designing interfaces for Android and Web ApplicationsDeveloping and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product.Reviewing existing web applications and Android apps for UX and flow improvement.Work with software engineering to balance design intent with engineering requirementsProducing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs for new features.Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, user research competitor analysis and usability testsDesign and execute studies into user behavior and attitudes of the target user population.Create user stories, personas, and storyboardsDeliver innovative end-to-end user experience that optimize among user needs, business goalsSkill(s) & Experience required:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.Expert knowledge of user-centered design principlesProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular) and Sketch design tool.Critical eye for attention to detail and pixel perfectionExcellent collaborative skillsGood Communication Skills to present your work.Proficiency with end-to-end design process.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectivelyMust have experience/knowledge in working with html, css.Demonstrable UI and visual design skills with a strong portfolioCapable of rapid iteration, feedback cycles, and experimentation.Candidates should be graduates from any design school.
