Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.

*1st level technical contact for North Region Customers*Providing technical support and troubleshoot at customer site related to product application (firmware) and PCB issues *End-to-end (D-IN to MP) support for all India customers *Work with Sales & Marketing team to increase DINs for North Region *Supporting North Sales (Strategic customer identification, mapping & DINs, Device technical presentations)*Participation on internal solutions development inputs relevant to North region and front end with customer on internal solutions already available*Propose and co-ordinate customer Seminars, Trainings.
