We are looking for a dedicated Tele Counselor to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time role for female candidates who have completed their 12th grade and have little to no experience. Key Responsibilities:- **Conducting Calls**: You will reach out to potential clients or students via phone calls, providing information about our services and answering their queries.- **Counseling**: You will guide clients through their options, helping them make informed decisions about their choices or potential programs.- **Database Management**: You will maintain and update records of client interactions in our database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.- **Follow-up**: You will regularly check in with leads to nurture relationships and encourage them to take the next steps in their decision-making process.- **Feedback Collection**: You will gather feedback from clients about our services and their experience, which will help us improve our offerings.Required Skills and Expectations:Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and connecting with clients over the phone.
