Job Role:Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related technology.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity and performance problems.Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.Document technical issues and solutions, creating knowledge base articles for future reference.Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux.Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with IT service management tools and practices (e.g., ITIL).Basic transportation: Must have a personal vehicle for commuting and on-site support.Interested?
