Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of marketing team to achieve revenue target within the assigned area.Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.Identify and contact potential customers to explore new opportunities.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to achieve sales goals.Develop marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and profitability.Coordinate with marketing team to resolve customer servicesWork with top managementTo provide after sale-services.To educate the consumers regarding alternative uses of products.To remove grievances of consumersRequirementsQualification- MBA/GraduationExperience- Minimum 4-5 years from sales and marketing, candidates from furniture, interior industry may be preferredSkills- Interpersonal communication, Good writing ability, Analytical knowledge, Creativity and expression, Influencing and negotiation skills, Team playing, Computer skills, Commercial nous.Own two wheeler mandatory
