As an intern at Skep IT Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process and gain valuable hands-on experience in the corporate world.Internship Position: Talent Acquisition InternResponsibilities:Headhunting: Utilize professional platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential candidates.Candidate Sourcing: Employ various online platforms, including but not limited to Indeed, Naukri, and Monster, to source potential candidates for open positions within the organization.Candidate Evaluation: Analyze candidate profiles in alignment with the organization's requirements, shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications and compatibility with the job specifications.Interview Coordination: Facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.Requirements:Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a BBA or MBA program.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.Familiarity with online job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and Monster.Ability to understand job requirements and assess candidate suitability.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Duration: [6 months]
