Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and track performance. Negotiate contracts and monitor market trends. Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead management.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven B2B sales success with strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience handling international markets and client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software. Strong customer service, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in B. Pharma, Marketing, or related field; Masters is a plus. Experience: 2-3 years in B2B sales, particularly in pharmaceutical, Ayurveda, cosmetics, or nutraceutical industries. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
