### **Job Title**Electrical Technician Site Assessment & Installation (Energy Monitoring & HVAC Controls)### **Role Overview**We are looking for an experienced **Electrical Technician** to support site assessments and installations for energy monitoring and automation projects at client locations. The technician will work with our engineering team to inspect electrical panels, energy meters, HVAC systems, and related equipment, and ensure proper installation of meters, controllers, and actuators.### **Key Responsibilities*** Conduct site assessments of electrical panels, energy meters, and HVAC systems for energy monitoring projects.* Install and configure:* Energy meters and sub-meters* IoT controllers, actuators, and communication modules* HVAC controllers and related automation hardware* Perform wiring and terminations for energy meters, controllers, and actuators.* Verify current load, voltage, and wiring of electrical panels before installation.* Coordinate with project engineers to share site data, photos, and technical observations.* Test and calibrate installed devices to ensure accurate data capture.* Support troubleshooting and maintenance of installed equipment.* Follow all safety standards and ensure compliance with electrical codes.### **Skills & Qualifications*** ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.* 2 -5 years of hands-on experience with:* Electrical panel wiring & load management* Installation of energy meters, controllers, or automation devices* HVAC electrical controls (basic understanding of AHUs, FCUs, VFDs, actuators)* Ability to read single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring schematics.* Familiarity with basic tools, multimeters, clamp meters, and testing equipment.* Understanding of safety standards for working on live panels.* Good communication skills to report data and updates to the project team.### **Additional Preferences*** Experience in building management systems (BMS), IoT, or HVAC automation is an advantage.* Willingness to travel to client sites for assessments and installations.
