The incumbent should be knowledgeable about GDS Amadeus, domestic ticketing, and international ticket booking.The position holder is accountable for the management and sale of tickets.Required Candidate profile> Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalties.> Has Good Call & E-mail etiquettes.Dealing with customer inquiries and aiming to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction.Dealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations sectionOperational duties (air and land arrangements) ticket bookingsCreative planning and designing of itinerariesTo Issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS/Amadeus.Responsible for Reservation, Ticketing, FIT Ticketing, refunding, etc.Group bookings / Domestic/InternationalKnowledge of tour packages would be an add-on advantage.Check the accounts statement of the Client for the payment.Candidate must have a positive approach towards the clients and have the tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookings.
