A Used Oil Analysis Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a laboratory focused on analyzing used oil samples from machinery and equipment. This role involves leading a team of technicians and analysts to assess the condition and quality of used lubricating oils, which provides valuable insights into the health and performance of machinery. The lab manager ensures accurate testing, efficient operations, equipment maintenance, personnel management, and effective communication with clients to support their maintenance decisionsKey Responsibilities:1. Laboratory Operations Management:- Supervise and manage daily activities within the used oil analysis laboratory.- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample collection, preparation, analysis, and reporting.- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.2. Personnel Management:- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of lab technicians and analysts.- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to protocols and procedures.- Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' technical skills.3.
