As a Cyber security Consultant for Cortex XSOAR, you will work with end customers in implementation and management of Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, Response & Threat Intel Management).RESPONSIBILITIESAssist customers with their Incident Response efforts leveraging Cortex XSOAR for Security Orchestration Automation and Response.Learn & understand the customers business requirements and the threat landscape that is most applicable to their industrys vertical sectorLead Cortex XSOAR technical implementation/operations in a customer environmentInteract with Security and IT technologies relating to customer environmentAbility to communicate effectively in crisis situations with all levels of an organization from Engineering/Operations to CIO/CISO audiencesAbility to create documentation for Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR playbooksAbility to refine and translate complex requirements and execute best practice solutionsOther tasks and duties as needed to support the customer and/or business relating to Cortex XSOAR

As an IT Specialist Manager (Cybersecurity), the applicant needs to have more than 10+ yrs of experience in planning, organizing, managing and coordinating technical projects for various enterprises and organizations globally. The applicant needs to have proven track record of managing multiple projects across various industries and on different cyber security solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Build, design and develop solution strategies for large enterprise and telecom/ service providers.Lead the Implementation projects for Imperva Data security solutions and RSA Netwitness XDRBuild Architecture design for database security solutions for enterprise customers.Support activities in service management platform including architecture/designs and identified process, procedures and methods.Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service.Identify and apply innovative practices in security to enhance global operations.Interact with Security and IT technologies relating to customer environmentAbility to communicate effectively in crisis situations with all levels of an organization from Engineering/Operations to CIO/CISO audiencesAbility to create project documentationManage technical service delivery and manage customers/ escalations.Monthly presentations and reporting to Customer and senior managementSupervise the technical team and coordinates trainings
