You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with customers. Your role will involve working in an international BPO setting in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have strong customer communication skills, the ability to handle customer complaints and manage customer interactions effectively. Prior experience in a call center or customer care role is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required for this full-time position.
