Eligibility:2015 and above passed out year graduates or Post Graduates with minimum first class.Engg ready to abide by these TnC should only apply for the position.Shortlisted candidates must execute an agreement for a minimum period of Fouryears along with submission of other docs needed.Hiring Process:A written test on General Aptitude, Digital Electronics will be conducted.Two rounds of technical interviews followed by HR round. ( All are F2F ). Upon clearing the F2F interview, Engg have to submit all certificatesand complete other formalities on the same day,Training and EmploymentUpon joining, Engg will go Full-Time Intensive training for 6 months. The performance will be reviewed on a regular basis and feedback given.Engg will be paid a stipend of 10k rupees /month in this period.Mid-program evaluation will be done after the first 3 months of training and will be promoted to the latter part of training based on the performance.At the end of 6-month training, based on your performance in training & subsequent interviews your employment with SILICONUS will be confirmed immediately.Engg will be paid an Annual CTC of 3 Lakh INR during their First Year. Appraisals will be done every year from thereon.Second-year salaries based on the performance with a minimum of 4.2 Lakh to a maximum of 6 Lakh.Third-year based on the performance with a minimum of 5.4 Lakh to 7.2 Lakh.Fourth-year based on the performance with a minimum of 8.4 Lakh to 12 Lakh.Hoping SILICONUS will be a great stepping stone for your career.
