1 To accept service request from plants and provide required service to them in shortest possible time .2.To attend all the breakdowns/preventive maintenance of plant machinary and bring them to normal use within shortest possible time.3)To repairs/ overhaull /Paint the machinaries like pumps/valves/ Agitators/mechanical seals/Transmission gear boxes/filter units/centrifuges/decanters/scrubbers/blowers etc4. To keep history cards for all the machinary plant wise5. To inform and arrest any leaks water,air, nitrogen ,steam,oil , Vacuum noiticed during working 6.To maintain good house keeping in workshop,engineering ware house and nearbye area and in plants during Hot works and Repairs.7.To keep store keeper/Engineers updated for the consumables/essential spares required during maintenance work.8.To carry out welding /cutting/fitting/bending/ drilling /light fabrication/painting /plumbing jobs as required. 9)To carry out statutory testing work of pressure vessels/CCOE storage tanks as instructed.10) Timely segrigation of unused /not required/ to be disposed items and maintain it.11) Must have ability to maintain records of activities - daily reporting & readings12) Must have adequate communication skills to understand oral & written communication

1. Perform routine tasks relative to equipment operations as directed2. Assist Plant operator in operation of plant controls as instructed3. Performs preventive maintenance of system as designated4. Assist in maintaining records of equipment operations5. Keep work area neat clean and orderly as per 5S policy6. Lines up, starts, stops, and secure equipments as required by plant operation 7. Knows & abide by all safety rules & regulations as per the company policy8. Shall perform other additional duties like expansion/ minor or major projects work as assigned. 9. Responsible for attending breakdowns/trouble shoots during operation of Electrical equipments and restore the normal working as quick as possible 10) To keep recods of breakdowns/history cards of equipments 11) To operate DG incase of power failuer in Auto/Manual mode as required and maintain it as per work instructions given.12) To laision with DGVCL for smooth power supply to process plants and equipments and keep daily recods for DG Units and DGVCL power units 13) To ensure good house keeping of elctrical equipments in power house and in process plants including cleaning and painting.14)To carry out Statutory testings like earthings, static charge, electrical inspections, Transformes, ACBs,PCBs UPS 15) Maintain all factory lighting in healthy and good working condition . 16) Must have ability to maintain records of activities - daily reporting & readings17) Must have adequate communication skills to understand oral & written communication
