Develop visually compelling designs, graphics, and layouts using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and InDesign software. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Tour Consultant with expertise in international travel destinations to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for sales and customer support, specializing in planning and booking international travel experiences for our clients. This is a target-oriented role requiring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry. The successful candidate will work independently and travel occasionally to different offices within Karnataka to support sales efforts.Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Drive sales of international travel packages to individual clients, groups, and corporate clients. Utilize various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate leads and close sales. Customer Support: Provide personalized assistance to clients in planning their international travel itineraries. Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process and travel experience. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue from international travel bookings. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest international travel destinations, attractions, events, and packages available to clients. Continuously expand and enhance product knowledge to provide accurate and compelling recommendations to customers. Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings. Ensure all necessary documentation, including booking confirmations, visas, passports, and travel vouchers, are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
