Coordination of Customer orders ene to end from Purchase order to DispatchReading of Drawings recieved from Customer- ManufacturingWork-out Raw material requirement - Check stores stock or order from outside supplier of Raw materialWorkout the machining processes required to manufacture the parts- like- Turing/Milling/Grinding/CNC/VMC/Drilling/Tapping/Plating/Laser cutting/Fabrication EtcAfter completion of all the parts- coordinate with Quality Inspection before final dispatchCo-ordinate with all functions in the company to manufacture these parts as per drawingsPrepare the excel sheet or Bar chart for the status of all parts in a orderWorkout the final Dispatch date of all parts in the customer orders.We are mainly dealing with Job-work orders from Customers like- ACG, PARI, Nichrome, Bector Automation, Technofour etc.And the volume of quantities will be Batch type- 1 to 5 nos only or Max- 10 nos.We need the candidate from Mechanical Special purpose Machines Manufacturing Companies.
