Requirements- Education: Graduation in any subject- Language Proficiency: Should be fluent in English and any other regional language - Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telegu.- Communication: Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.- Experience: Minimum 1 + years' Experience- Freshers or with experience in tele calling, customer experience dept, customer care, relationship management etc. may apply.- CTC: Attractive CTC (above industry standard)Job responsibilities include: -- Inbound & Outbound Calls- Reaching out to potential/ existing clients- Collection of lead data- Lead conversion- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.- Obtain customer feed-back- Handle queries/ complaints
