Job brief -We are looking to hire someone for a full time job who has expertise in 3D modeling in sketchup, 2D designing in AutoCad with plans and renders.Job Types - Full Time, 3+ years of ExperienceSchedule - Day shift - 9:30am to 6:00pmSalary - Salary and Performance bonusResponsibilities -Outline client design objectives.Conceptualize and sketch design plans.Exceptional Autocad knowledge and drafting skillsDeveloping detailed CAD drawings and elevationsKnowledge about interior elements and building structuresFormulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposesProficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, SketchupWell versed with designing corporate & residential layoutsEnsure quality of design Timeline managementShould possess good communication and presentation skillsRequirements -Bachelor's degree in interior design or related fields.Portfolio of design work.Project management experience.Experience with computational design.Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software
