We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to manage and guide a group of team members in our office located on Exhibition Road, Patna. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 1 to 7 years and must have completed at least 12th grade.As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring that the team meets its goals. Your key responsibilities will include:1. **Team Management**: You will provide direction to team members, assign tasks, and evaluate their performance, helping them develop their skills and reach individual goals.2. **Communication**: You will lead regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and share updates, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged.3. **Problem-Solving**: You will identify issues affecting team performance and implement effective solutions to resolve them quickly and efficiently.4. **Reporting**: You will compile performance data and prepare reports for higher management, summarizing progress and identifying areas for improvement.To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. You must be able to motivate your team and create a positive work environment. A good understanding of problem-solving techniques is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, as well as able to manage time effectively. A part-time commitment is required, and the work will take place in our office.
