We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC Operator to work in our facility in Sanaswadi, Pune. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience, and the ideal candidate will possess a minimum education of 12th grade.As a CNC VMC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Vertical Machining Centers to produce precision components. You will read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production. Your role will involve selecting appropriate tools, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring production processes for efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities:- **Machine Setup**: Prepare CNC VMC machines by loading tools and materials according to specifications, ensuring optimal operation.- **Operation Monitoring**: Oversee machine operations during production runs, making real-time adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.- **Quality Control**: Conduct inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet tolerance standards and specifications using measuring tools such as calipers and gauge blocks.- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure they remain in good working condition.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tools is essential, with the ability to perform setups and operations independently.- Basic math skills are necessary for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure high-quality production.- Good communication skills are expected for effective teamwork and reporting any issues to supervisors.- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving is highly valued.
