Job DescrptionWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Understand job requirements and work with department heads to define hiring needsSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agenciesScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate technical rounds and manage interview schedulesMaintain candidate databases and recruitment reportsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure a positive candidate experienceSupport onboarding and joining formalitiesKey Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)Good understanding of recruitment metrics and trackingAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of HRMS or recruitment tools is a plus
