With an in-depth knowledge of the companys offerings, the ideal tele sales executive works towards building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales.Responsibilities Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Taking and processing orders accurately. Preserve the companys reputation by handling grievances. Facilitating companies sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful informationRequirements High school or diploma Freshers are welcome Prior experience working as a tele sales executive or in a similar role Fluency in Tamil Basic knowledge of working with MS Office Great communication skills, both verbal and written
