**Responsibilities:**1. **Factory Surveys:**- Conduct on-site surveys of factories to assess their operations, facilities, and compliance with relevant regulations.- Document and gather information on production processes, machinery, safety measures, and overall factory infrastructure.2. **Owner Interaction:**- Schedule and coordinate meetings with factory owners to discuss survey objectives and gain necessary approvals.- Build and maintain positive relationships with factory owners, addressing any concerns or questions they may have during the survey process.3. **Data Collection:**- Utilize our specialized survey application to input accurate and comprehensive data regarding the factory's operations, compliance, and other relevant details.- Ensure the timely and efficient completion of surveys while maintaining data integrity.4. **Analysis and Reporting:**- Review collected data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement.- Generate detailed reports summarizing survey findings, providing insights, and making recommendations for enhancements or compliance improvements.5. **Collaboration:**- Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot any application-related issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of survey objectives with organizational goals.
