Front Desk & Customer ServiceGreet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and registration processes.Manage patient flow and ensure waiting areas are organized.Administrative DutiesAnswer and route phone calls promptly using the hospitals telephone system.Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system (HMS/EMR).Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage front-desk correspondence.Collect payments, issue receipts, and coordinate with billing departments.Support & CoordinationCommunicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other staff regarding patient arrivals and requirements.Assist with admission and discharge formalities.Maintain confidentiality of all patient information per HIPAA or relevant local laws.Handle emergency situations by following hospital protocols.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Proficiency in computers (MS Office, hospital management systems).Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.

He/She is involved in assessing, evaluating and setting nursing care standards and objectives for the organization.- Prepares duty & work assignments- Accountable for the ongoing training / developmental activities in the nursing department.- Arranges orientation programmes for new Nursing staff.- To organize, compile and store all the notes on patients taken by the nursing team.
