Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties as required. Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available with proper co-ordination with planning. Effectively monitor production equipment to maximize utilization. carrying out routine maintenance and fixing machines that have broken down in shift. Assist the shop technicians and materials supervisor as necessary. Maintain a safe and clean work space. Follow established safety rules, food safety norms and regulations.
