Key Responsibilities and Duties:Customer Service & Styling: Greet customers, offer styling advice, and help them select clothing that meets their needs.Sales & Targets: Actively sell apparel and accessories to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment, including arranging displays, restocking shelves, and tagging products.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabrics, and product availability to make informed recommendations.Operations & POS: Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, returns, and exchanges.Inventory Control: Participate in receiving shipments, organizing stockrooms, and conducting inventory counts.
