The ideal candidate will have basic experience using Shopify, be proficient in taking product images, and possess excellent written and spoken English skills.Key Responsibilities:Shopify Management:- Process and manage orders through Shopify.- Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images on the Shopify platform.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability.Product Photography:- Capture high-quality images of products for online listings.Customer Service:- Respond to customer inquiries, Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.Data Analysis:- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize store performance.Requirements:- Proven experience with Shopify, including order processing and store management.- Basic photography skills with the ability to take and edit product images.- Excellent command of written and spoken English.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of SEO practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in an e-commerce environment.- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and tools.
