We re expanding our inside sales team and are looking for motivated individuals with experience in the IT industry who can effectively communicate our services to potential clients.Position Details:Position: Telecaller / Inside Sales ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: 15,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)Education: Graduation from any streamExperience: 1-2 years of experience in IT sales / IT telecalling preferredKey Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company IT products and services. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, or CRM. Explain IT service offerings such as software solutions, support, and managed services. Maintain strong client relationships and provide accurate information about products. Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client meetings or demos. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Prior experience in IT sales / technical telecalling / inside sales is mandatory. Good understanding of basic IT products and services (e.g., software, cloud, networking). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
