The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends- Create engaging content (blog posts, social media, email campaigns, etc.) to showcase our products and services- Manage and maintain our website, social media platforms, and online presence- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Production) to align marketing efforts- Plan and coordinate trade show appearances, events, and product launches- Analyze campaign results, track metrics, and optimize marketing strategies- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and customers- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologiesRequirements:- 6 Months to 2+ years of marketing experience in the printing, packaging, or related industry- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with digital printing and packaging technologies- Knowledge of graphic design principles and print production processes
