Male Candidate required, work location kalher BhiwandiKey Responsibilities:Design electrical control panels as per project requirements and standardsPrepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and BOMCoordinate with the control panel manufacturing team for execution and clarificationsElectrical components such PCC up to 6300 A Tier I, Tier II, Back to back, Motor Control Centers (MCCs - Form 2, Form 3 & 4 ), Automatic Power Factor Correction Pane, ATS Starters, PLC Panel, Power Distribution Boards, AMF Panel, Synchronizing Panel, Process Control PanelsEnsure compliance with IEC / IS standards and safety regulationsReview and approve panel layouts and wiring during manufacturingProvide technical support to production, testing, and commissioning teamsHandle design modifications and as-built documentationEnsure quality, cost optimization, and timely delivery of panelsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 36 years experience in electrical design for control panel manufacturingProficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN (or similar electrical design software)Strong knowledge of LT panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, APFC panels, and PLC panelsUnderstanding of industrial control systems and automationGood coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Knowledge of PLC programming and VFD configuration (added advantage)Experience in factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site support

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & ControlPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on order priorities.Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery of electrical panels.Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and quality departments.Optimize manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.Manufacturing & Shop-Floor OperationsSupervise panel fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, and dispatch activities.Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOMs, and technical standards.Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.Implement productivity improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.Material & Inventory ControlCoordinate material planning and availability as per production schedule.Monitor material consumption and control wastage.Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical components.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.Support FAT, inspections, and customer audits.Maintain production-related records and quality documentation.Reporting & Team ManagementPrepare daily production reports and status updates.Supervise technicians and shop-floor manpower.Enforce safety practices, 5S, and housekeeping on the shop floor.Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringExperience: 25 years in electrical control panel manufacturing industrySkills & KnowledgeAbility to read electrical drawings and wiring diagramsKnowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, and Control PanelsProficiency in MS Excel and production planning toolsStrong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience in ISO/QA documentationERP/MRP system exposure
