Job Details:-Designation - Relationship ManagerUrgently required. (NP of maximum 15 days)Location is Mumbai.Minimum Experience:- 2 - 5 years.Package Offered:- Rs.15k/- to Rs.22k/- per month.JD of Relationship Manager ( Sales Executive) Figure out customers needs by patiently listening, keenly understanding and asking necessary questions. Perform walk-around with new and old customers and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles. Effectively close sales Ensure that customers understands the vehicles operating features, paperwork and warranty Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales. Good communication, writing and customer service skills. Excellent problem solving and organization skills. Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision. Firm work attitude Preferably 1 Year of Automobile Experience Minimum Graduate or Diploma
