We are looking for a Shop Helper to assist in our busy shop in Varanasi. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with little to no experience. The Shop Helper will support daily operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:- **Assisting Customers**: Greet and help customers find products, answer their questions, and provide information about items in the shop.- **Stock Management**: Keep shelves stocked with products, organize merchandise, and assist in inventory counting to ensure all items are available for sale.- **Cleaning Duties**: Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment by regularly cleaning shelves, floors, and display areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.- **Handling Transactions**: Support cashiers during busy times by helping with bagging items or organizing the checkout area efficiently.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining inventory and ensuring that the shop is well-organized. We expect the Shop Helper to work well as part of a team and follow instructions provided by supervisors. A willingness to learn and adapt in a retail environment is highly valued. Applicants must have completed their 12th grade and must be male as per job requirements.
