Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1) Plan the project in detail, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members.2) Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.3) Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.4) Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.5) Report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.6) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.7) Develop and manage project budgets.8) Maintain comprehensive project documentation.9) Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.Qualifications:1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.2) Proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry, preferably in mould manufacturing.3) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.4) Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.6) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Interested candidate who can fulfill the above criteria's can apply for this job.
