We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Yamunanagar, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and will work from our office.Key Responsibilities:1. **Reading Blueprints**: Understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications to create precise fabrications. This involves reviewing plans and making sure to follow dimensions and guidelines accurately.2. **Material Preparation**: Select and prepare materials needed for fabrication, ensuring they meet quality standards. This includes cutting, shaping, and finishing materials as required for each project.3. **Assembly**: Assemble components and parts according to specifications, using tools and machinery safely. This requires a focus on accuracy to ensure that fabricated items function correctly.4. **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet established quality standards. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining our quality reputation.5. **Maintenance**: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition by performing routine maintenance. This involves cleaning equipment and alerting supervisors to any issues needing repair.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team and have good communication skills.
