We are looking for a skilled Client Coordinator to join our team in Connaught Place, Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support to foster strong relationships.2. **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.3. **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with clients by providing updates and gathering feedback, which is essential for improving service delivery.4. **Documentation**: Prepare and manage client-related documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes, to ensure everything is organized and accessible.5. **Problem Solving**: Identify issues that arise and work proactively with clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a graduate degree and have 2 to 3 years of experience in client coordination or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships and facilitating teamwork. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools will be advantageous. The ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is expected.
