Key Responsibilities:Install, service, and maintain biomedical equipment, focusing on radiology and diagnostic devices (such as digital X-ray systems).Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Provide technical support and training to hospital staff and other end-users.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service support.Work with senior technicians and management to ensure timely completion of service requests.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for spare parts and technical issues.
