You will play an essential role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.Key Responsibilities:- **Greeting Customers**: Welcome guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables with a friendly smile.- **Taking Orders**: Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen in a timely manner.- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently, ensuring all items are presented well.- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing used dishes and resetting tables promptly.- **Assisting Guests**: Answer questions about the menu, offer recommendations, and handle any special requests or complaints professionally.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have completed at least their 12th grade and possess good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are important, as you will be part of a busy environment that requires teamwork.
