- Responsible for the management and execution of various administrative tasks within the company, including employee attendance, entry procedures, file management, meeting organization, contract processing, etc.- Responsible for the sending, receiving, circulating, typesetting and follow-up of all kinds of documents of the company.- Responsible for coordinating communication between various departments of the company and assisting in resolving disputes and problems between various departments.- Responsible for the management and implementation of various internal rules and regulations of the company- Responsible for various administrative or government affairs that require going out, as well as other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Responsibilities1. Creating 3D building models using specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.2. Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed and that all necessary materials and resources are available.3. Maintaining and updating project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.4. Identifying potential conflicts or issues in the design process and working to resolve them.5. Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed6. Organize the family database,7. Organize modeling standards,8. Modeling of Projects (including civil engineering mechanical and electrical pipelines) and pipeline collisions,9. Organize project BIM animations and demonstrations.Requirements1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related2. Have more than 3 years of BIM /CAD modeling experience (excellent ones relax)3. Be proficient in operating REVIT software;4. Have a BIM second-level modeler certificate;5. Be able to lead a team of junior modelers to model large and medium-sized projects;6. Familiar with space management, pipeline collision detection, etc., have a good sense of space and a strong sense of responsibility;7. Willing to engage in BIM work for a long time and being able to cooperate with business trips and dispatches
