Job Description:Provide detailed counselling to the walk-in clients regarding Canada, Australia, Germany, UK, USA, etc. Skilled & Business Immigration Programs.Handling telephonic inquiries on daily basis and providing telephonic counselling to the clients.Responsible for Sales Revenue & Registration numbersResponsible for Sales conversion ratio towards inquires and registrations.Adapt easily to new challenges, new programs & new policies.Researching & tracking official immigration websites on a daily basis.To stay updated regarding immigration programs and implementing them into counselling.Providing best counselling possible while focusing and improving upon customer satisfaction.Taking strong sales telephonic follow-ups on daily basis.Sending emails to the clients on regular basis.Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration & visa laws & policies.Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.Requirements:- Graduation in any stream- Familiar with languages, English, Hindi, Gujarati with good convincing skills- Candidates with experience in Sales & Immigration Industry will be preferred- Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet)

Importantly, advising a client about entry requirements to obtain offer letter from Institutes/ UniversitiesPreparing all documentation including SOP, Financial documents, and GTE (Genuine Temporary Entry) requirements before applying for a student visa by our senior teamStudent counselling towards admission in various courses offered.Analyzing the best matches and mapping them out.Utilize our resources along with information available and provide professional guidance to make the optimal choice for candidates.Taking students updates for admissions and visa process.Student Admission & Centre Management.Creating database clientsHelp candidates find the best fitFollow-up calls, and tile-calling for lead generationUpdate CRMRequirements:Familiar with languages, English, Hindi, Gujarati with good convincing skillsShould be a very good planner & a good listenerComputer Knowledge( Word, Excel, Internet)Counselling students to choose the appropriate Programs and colleges in CanadaPreparing and processing College applicationsCommunicating with the students and agents to gather the documents until application submission.
