Overseeing the growth and maintenance of plants and trees Managing weed/pest/disease control programmes Supervising gardeners and assigning them task Managing and scheduling team of gardeners Negotiating contracts with buyers and suppliers Ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met within set budgets.
