The foundation of Shanthala was placed in the year 1986 by a team of well qualified, experienced Metallurgists and Mechanical Engineers for the manufacture of Grey Iron, Ductile iron (S.G. Iron) and Alloy Cast Iron Castings with an initial investment of INR 4.6 million and an installed capacity of 600 tons/annum in a plot of 20234.28 SQ MTS. Throughout the company's history, Shanthala has been guided by its values.
